Hello,
Your bank payment for October revenues was unfortunately not completed. In order to give you some information about what happened here is a quick timeline.
On the 29th of December, we made a batch bank transfer to our channels (delayed due to office hours over the Christmas period). Unfortunately,
there was a problem in the file which meant that all payments to accounts outside Europe were not completed.
This was not brought to our attention by the bank until the second week of January.
We have been working on the different transfers to determine which payments were actually completed and which were rejected.
We have now reversed those payments that were not made in the dashboard which is why you see the changes in the balances.
We have now re-uploaded the revised batch file to our bank and the payments will be completed by the end of the week.
We appreciate that all of these delays in your payments have effects for you and we can only apologize for the trouble that it has caused you.
The issues of communication from our bank have been addressed and we hope that this situation will not arise in the future.
