Telifsiz Müzik Kanalı Hakkında!?
Merhaba, elimde büyük bir müzik arşivi var. Hepsini kanala yükledim ve şu an gizli durumda tamamı. Hiçbirinde telif hakkı talebi bulunmuyor. Kanalı aktif hale getirsem ileride sorun yaşar mıyım sizce? Her ne kadar telif ihlali olmasa da sonuçta hepsi müzik. Ola ki ileride birkaç tanesi çok izlendi, popüler oldu. Birileri çıkıp ''hoop hayırdır, al sana ihtar'' falan der mi? Yoksa telifsiz yüklendiği için en fazla ihlal talebi mi söz konusu olur?
Kanalının Para Kazanması açık olduğunda bu müziklerden telif ve ihtar alma durumun değişebilir. Tamamı telifsiz müziklerden oluşuyorsa sorun olacağını düşünmüyorum. Ama yine de müzik sahibine kalmış.
